Existing Home Sales Surged in November

Existing home sales continued their strong recent trend in November, gaining 5.9% from the previous month to reach an annualized pace of 5.0 million units. Existing Home Sales Fell in June

Existing-home sales slowed 5.4% in June, declining to an annualized pace of 4.37 million units. This is the slowest pace since last October. Existing Home Prices Fell in October

Home Prices Continued Improvements in September

Existing home prices appreciated 0.3% in September according to the Case-Shiller’s 10- and 20-city indices.
